📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects.
• Manage a team of MEP engineers and technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement MEP system solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in MEP engineering or relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP).
• Proficiency in using MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of MEP system design, installation, and maintenance.
