📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of mechanical and product designs using advanced CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
• Conduct reverse engineering to analyze and improve existing products.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure high-quality output.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and product design.
• Proven expertise in CAD modeling, reverse engineering, and design optimization.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
