📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and J&T Cargo's proprietary system to monitor and optimize route planning and vehicle utilization.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to coordinate large-scale distribution projects and special events.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Participate in regular meetings and presentations to report on operational performance and propose strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, preferably in a large-scale distribution environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian road regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
