📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our OEM/ODM cosmetic products
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the beauty industry
• Create engaging content for our brand portfolio, including product descriptions and packaging designs
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present marketing proposals to potential clients
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the cosmetic sector
• Assist in the development of new product lines and brand extensions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing for the cosmetic or beauty industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
