📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately measure and estimate construction quantities for various project phases, including planning, design, and execution.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and analyses to support project decision-making and cost control.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely cost information is available.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any cost variances or potential risks.
• Utilize software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 to streamline quantity surveying processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and contractors.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of cost-effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in using Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
