📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and efficient payment and collection.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support the company's strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file tax returns.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
