📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and interpret OJK regulations to ensure compliance with financial services laws.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to various departments on compliance matters.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Leverage RegTech platforms and legal databases to streamline compliance processes.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to OJK requirements.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance, particularly in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and Indonesia’s financial services laws.
• Proficiency in using RegTech platforms and legal databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial regulatory compliance is a plus.
