📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting field audits and on-site inspections to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports, including detailed findings and recommendations.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of audit strategies, including risk assessments and internal controls reviews.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Providing audit support to junior auditors and mentoring them in best practices and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
• Participating in continuous professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel and work onsite as required.
