📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 air freight coordinators, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee the booking, scheduling, and tracking of air freight shipments using SAP and Freightos.
• Optimize supply chains by analyzing data and implementing cost-effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and cargo handlers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Freightos.
