📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall project management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (E&E, Mechanical, Molding, Facilities, MEP, or IT) or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
