📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of each position,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels,Screening and shortlisting applicants based on their qualifications and experience,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong relationship with current employees to understand their needs and concerns,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process,Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve the process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Strong organizational and analytical skills,Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry
