As a Senior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our products are stored and shipped efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to these procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates, and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure that the warehouse is able to support the needs of the business.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the food industry.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
