📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Manage customer relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
