📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer and company standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry products.,Mentor and train junior pastry chefs.,Manage inventory and purchasing of pastry ingredients.,Create and maintain pastry menus and product specifications.,Conduct cost analysis and pricing strategies for pastry products.,Participate in product development and innovation.,Comply with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
