As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, coordinating with staff, and maintaining accurate records.,Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and manage guest amenities and services, such as room service and concierge requests.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk receptionist or related roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Professional and courteous demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
