📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and health regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
