📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the quality of food and service meets high standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement.,Understanding of marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
