Apotek Kirana Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our pharmacy. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise the pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of successful team management and operational excellence.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
