Toko Gilang Dental Clinic is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring financial stability and growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the clinic.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the clinic's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
