📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and develop the team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
  • Passion for the food service industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
