📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our coffee products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Assist in the development of new product ideas and marketing materials.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG or coffee industry.,Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian coffee market and industry trends is a plus.
