Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality pipeline of applicants.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in alignment with company values and culture.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure best practices are followed.Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to build a strong employer brand.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Proficient in using recruitment tools and software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
