📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, staff scheduling, and venue setup.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service during events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including customer feedback and event details.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise banquet events.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in the restaurant industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
