In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of backend systems and services, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.,Design and implement backend architectures that support high availability, reliability, and security.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and apply them to our projects.,Ensure that backend systems are well-documented and maintainable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).,Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,Proven track record of leading successful backend development projects.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
