Lingkungan Indra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

This is a full-time position located in our café in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Develop and present sales reports to senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of coffee industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
