📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.🛠️ Keahlian
