📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

Manage and mentor the management team.

Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Manage the company's budget and financial performance.

Lead and inspire the company's workforce.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Represent the company in meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role.

Proven track record of success in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
