As a Furniture Estimator at Formcase Industries, you will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that every project is delivered on time and within budget. You will use industry-standard software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings, which will guide the manufacturing process. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-end, custom furniture projects and contribute to the success of our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material, labor, and production costs.
Create detailed cost estimates and project proposals using industry-standard software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Maintain and update cost databases and pricing structures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to sales and design teams on project feasibility and cost implications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture estimating, cost analysis, or a similar role.
Proficient in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD/CAM software.
Strong knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
