PT Ekspresi Media is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently operated. This role is crucial in supporting our company's operational needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle licensing requirements.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing reports to management as needed.,Manage driver schedules and ensure they adhere to company policies and safety standards.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.,Handle any vehicle-related disputes or issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
