📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the hotel's daily financial transactions, including revenue and expense tracking.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to management on a regular basis.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Assist in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.,Oversee the payment of vendors and employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Provide financial support to the hotel's management team as needed.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the hotel's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
