As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and control the mall's budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans and targets.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the internal audit team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Provide financial support to the mall's expansion and development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
