PT Dinamika Raya is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring that the company's procurement activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, and be able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, from the initial request to the final delivery of goods or services.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Provide support to the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Assist in the management of procurement budgets and expenditures.,Provide support to the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
