📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations.,Monitor and maintain operational efficiency.,Support the operations manager in implementing operational strategies.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the training and development of new staff.,Handle and resolve operational issues and queries.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
