📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing office administration, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and data entry.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, such as meetings, workshops, and training sessions.,Support the procurement process by assisting in the preparation of purchase requests and orders.,Maintain and update office inventory and equipment records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Provide administrative support to the General Affairs department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
