Hotel Sari Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our branch, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring the branch meets and exceeds customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing leadership and support.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain the branch's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the branch.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and implement the company's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and that all inventory is managed effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
