📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status to ensure optimal care.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care, injections, and vital sign monitoring.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care area, adhering to infection control protocols.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetum).,Commitment to providing patient-centered care and upholding ethical standards.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
