HR Supervisor - Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will oversee the administration and operational aspects of HR, ensuring smooth and efficient people management in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage the onboarding and training of new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Process payroll and manage benefits administration.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
