📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
