📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.
  • Manage and mentor the management team to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.
  • Monitor and analyze company performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with external parties.
  • Ensure the company's financial health and stability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of the mining or gold industry is a plus.
