📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a logistics or related industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
